FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: process for the preparation of aromatic hydrocarbons using an oxygenate as a raw material is provided. Use: reaction involving an oxygenate in one aromatizing reactor, production and separation of the product of the aromatization reaction on the separation unit A in which cooling, washing with alkali and/or water, obtaining a flow of gaseous hydrocarbons X and a flow of liquid hydrocarbons Y; production of non-aromatic hydrocarbons X1 after removal of the gas and/or a portion of the oxygenate on the separation unit B are carried out, in which short-cycle heatless adsorption, rectification (distillation) and/or adsorption is carried out; production of X2 containing non-aromatic hydrocarbons and the X3 flow containing aromatic hydrocarbons after removal of the gas, part of the oxygenate from the X flow in the separation unit B, on which the short-cycle, non-heated adsorption is carried out, rectification and/or adsorption, reaction in another aromatization reactor and separation by separation unit A, in which cooling occurs, washing with alkali and/or washing with water; obtaining a mixed flow M of aromatic hydrocarbons with the number of carbon atoms in the molecule 7 or less, and the flow N of the remaining hydrocarbons by a non-precise rectification combined by the flow Y and the flow X3, containing aromatic hydrocarbons on the separation unit C. Separation of the flow N at the separation plant D, at which one operation is carried out from rectification and extraction rectification, and obtaining a flow K containing non-aromatic hydrocarbons, flow C8 of aromatic hydrocarbons J and flow C9+ of aromatic hydrocarbons L. Return to the oxygenate flow X1 containing flow X2, containing non-aromatic hydrocarbons, mixed hydrocarbon flow M containing aromatic hydrocarbons having a carbon number of 7 or less in the molecule, and/or part or whole flow K containing non-aromatic hydrocarbons, return to the reactor of aromatization one of the hydrocarbon flows: flow X1 and flow X2, a flow M containing aromatic hydrocarbons with a number of carbon atoms in the molecule of 7 or less, and/or part or whole flow K.
EFFECT: technical result is the provision of a method that provides high yield of aromatic hydrocarbons and low energy consumption.
