FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: to the initial liquid products of pyrolysis, high-boiling by-product fractions of petrochemical industries are added with a mass content of aromatic hydrocarbons of 50-95 wt % of total hydrocarbons with carbon number C6-C8. The ratio of the liquid pyrolysis products and high-boiling by-product fractions of petrochemical industries is 99-60:1-40 wt. %. After hydrogenation, the fraction of hydrocarbons C6-C8, isolated from the mixture of liquid products of pyrolysis, and high-boiling by-product fractions of petrochemical industries, is fully directed to extractive distillation for separation of nonaromatic hydrocarbons containing not more than 1 wt % of benzene, and the production of aromatic hydrocarbons with carbon number C6-C8, containing not more than 0.1 wt % of nonaromatic hydrocarbons with subsequent separation of benzene by distillation and the normal direction of the other aromatic hydrocarbons with number of carbon atoms C7-C8 on hydrodealkylation.
EFFECT: use of invention allows to increase the raw material for the production of benzene, to reduce the expenditure rate of liquid products of pyrolysis and qualified to recycle the by-products of petrochemical processes, which generally allows to reduce the cost of production.
