FIELD: extraction of minerals.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the enrichment of minerals containing heavy and precious metals, in placer deposits, sand and gravel mixtures, man-made dumps and in other materials. In the method, the vibrating gate contains an inclined trough with a tilt adjuster, a vibrator, a vibration control system, rugs and stencils. Said vibrating gate is equipped with one or more additional vibrators installed under the chute along its length and width. Above vibrators are made on the basis of electromagnets, and the vibration control system is made with the possibility of adjusting the amplitude of the pulses of vibration action during the operation of the vibrating gate and with the possibility of adjusting the shape of the vibration pulse by setting successive pulses of vibration action along the length of the trough – in the traveling wave mode.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of precipitation of the useful component and the maximum extraction of fine and small grades of the useful component with varying characteristics of the pulp.
