FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flame retardant materials based on low molecular weight silicone rubber used in automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace industry, construction, engineering, metallurgy, nuclear and thermal power engineering for implementation of fire retardant partitions in passage of cables and pipes through walls and ceilings, production of protective polymer coatings on outside of building structures, process equipment, aircraft units, cars, etc.
EFFECT: due to partial replacement of plasticizer in cold-cured composition for products of waste processing of siloxane rubbers and fire retardant, significant increase in flame retardant properties with preservation of set of physico-mechanical characteristics at proper level, as well as reducing cost of manufacturing fire-resistant silicone composite materials.
