SUBSTANCE: fire-extinguishing composite material is described made of a room temperature curable composition comprising a low molecular weight dimethylsiloxane SKTN rubber as a binder, a silicone rubber hardener, ethyl silicate-32, a cold curing catalyst for siloxane rubber, an organic pigment as a colouring additive, as an additive that increases the thermal conductivity - aluminium powder, dry bulk microcapsules with a fire extinguishing agent core, in the polymer coating, and the adhesion additive gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane at the following ratio of the components of the composition, pts wt: low molecular weight dimethylsiloxane rubber SKTN - 35, gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane 0.1-1, microcapsules with extinguishing agent - 60, ethyl silicate-32 - 1.8, catalyst for cold curing of silicone rubber - 0.1-0.3, organic pigment - 0-1, aluminium powder PAP - 4-5. A method for producing a composite material is also described.

EFFECT: extinguishing composite material is obtained, which has an increased extinguishment efficiency, a low leakage rate of the extinguishing agent, water resistance, oils and solvents resistance and high thermal conductivity, and a sufficient supply of fire extinguishing agent, which provides fire extinguishment up to three or more times more efficiently.
