FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids equipment and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. This is achieved by fact, that in the pneumatic liquid atomizer comprising housing consisting of cylindrical portion, by the conical part connected the liquid supply channel through the male thread nipple for connection to the distribution pipeline, at that, coaxially to the housing, in its lower part nozzle is fixed made in the form of a cup, in which bottom vertical and inclined throttling holes are made, and in the channel central part and coaxially to it the air supply tube is fixed, in which lower part a hollow disk is fixed, with the perforation facing the nozzle throttle holes exit cross-sections, at that, in the housing cylindrical part a diffuser is fixed, made in the form of the truncated cone oppositely arranged surfaces, located around the air supply tube and axially symmetric relative to the tube axis: upper and lower swirlers, wherein the lower swirler conical shell is fixed by means of at least three spokes, by one end fixed to the lower swirler conical shell in its upper part, and by the other end is in the nozzle housing cylindrical part annular groove, wherein between the upper and lower swirlers a round perforated plate is installed, overlapping the nozzle housing cylindrical part flow cross-section, at that, on the hollow conical swirlers external surfaces, through helical threads are made, at that, the upper swirler and the perforated plate total throughput capacity is made greater than that of the lower swirler, and to the housing end part a diffuser is attached, at that, to the hollow disk solid part a hollow conical fairing is attached, at that, its vertex lies in the diffuser cutoff plane, and to the hollow disk solid part axially symmetric to the air supply tube a perforated tube is attached, which cavity is connected to the air supply tube cavity, and the fairing is made with perforation.

EFFECT: high efficiency of liquid atomizing.
