FIELD: devices for liquid atomization.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for liquid atomization and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. Pneumatic injector comprising a housing with a supply of atomized liquid and gas, a flow control device and a nebulizer, the housing is in the form of an inverted cup, in the bottom of which a threaded opening is made for fixing the axial symmetric body of the central cylindrical insert with central axial channel of jet directing device for supply of sprayed liquid, and in body side surface, perpendicular to its axis, at least, one hole for air (gas) under pressure supply is made, which is connected to the annular chamber formed by central cylindrical insert outer surface and housing inner surface, cylindrical cartridge of training device feeding gas at pressure to sprayer via annular clearance is secured to casing lower part inner side surface, formed by the outer surface of the central cylindrical insert and the inner surface of the sleeve, the annular gap being connected to the annular chamber, and to the central cylindrical insert coaxially mounted a nebulizer, made in the form of a conical socket, in the lower part of which, perpendicular to its axis, rigidly fixed end plate with at least three conical throttles with an angle at the apex of the cone, lying in the range from 45° up to 90°, while on the lateral surface of the socket is made, at least, two rows of cylindrical throttle openings, with axes lying in planes perpendicular to the axis of the funnel, and in each row there are at least three holes, and a perforated disk is fixed between the central axial channel of the central cylindrical insert and the bell and a hollow conical swirler is installed in the flaring, which conical surface vertex rests against a perforated disk, and the base lies on the flaring end-face round plate, wherein on the hollow conical swirler conical surface a helical through thread is made.
EFFECT: high efficiency of liquid atomizing.
