FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the petrochemical industry, namely, to the methods for preparing low concentration catalyst dispersions for the procedure of obtaining aliphatic hydrocarbons according to the Fischer-Tropsch method in the three-phase slurry reactor. Method for producing the metal-containing nano-sized dispersion of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst based on active metal oxides involves dissolving the salts of the active metals in water, introduction of the resulting solution into molten oil paraffin at the temperature above the decomposition temperature of the mentioned salts and formation of the mentioned dispersion of the catalyst, where the introduction of the mentioned salt solution is carried out at the rate of 20–60 ml/hour with its stirring in an inert gas flow, after which it is maintained until the formation of oxides of active metals and cooled in the inert gas flow during 1–6 hours, and the content of active metals of the catalyst in the mentioned dispersion does not exceed 3 WT%.
EFFECT: reduced particle size of nano-sized dispersion, narrow distribution of nano-sized particles according to their sizes, decreased concentration of active metals, reduced operating costs, prevented sedimentation and agglomeration of dispersion particles, ensuring the possibility of its long-term storage without their lamination and settling.
