FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemical industry, specifically to Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and can be used in processing of alternative feedstock (natural and associated petroleum gas, coal, peat, bituminous sands, different types of biomass, etc.) into motor fuel components. Disclosed is a method of producing a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst by heat treatment of a polymer in the presence of an iron salt solution in an inert atmosphere to obtain a catalyst which contains nanosized iron-containing particles distributed in a polymer in which microcrystalline cellulose is used as a polymer, before heat treatment, the cellulose is held in an aqueous solution of iron nitrate before swelling, followed by drying at 50–56 °C to constant weight, and heat treatment is carried out at 230–250 °C for 10–30 minutes. Inert gas used is nitrogen or helium, or argon. Disclosed also is a method of synthesis of Fischer-Tropsch, in the presence of the obtained catalyst in which conversion of synthesis gas is carried out at temperature of 320–380 °C.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of heat treatment temperature and power consumption without reducing conversion of CO and output of liquid hydrocarbons or with their increase.
