FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used to protect oilfield equipment from corrosion in mineralized water and water-oil environments. This method comprises preparing an active base of an inhibitor by reacting orthophosphoric acid with an alcohol selected from the group consisting of dodecyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, nonylphenol, benzyl alcohol, and an amine or amines selected from the group consisting of monoethanolamine, triethanolamine, methyldiethanolamine and cocoamine, with stirring and at a temperature of 30–200 °C, after which a quaternary ammonium compound and a water-alcohol solution are added, with the following component ratio, %: active base of corrosion inhibitor 20.0–40.0; quaternary ammonium compound 10.0–30.0; aqueous-alcoholic solution 60.0–95.0. And the resulting corrosion inhibitor has a low kinematic viscosity at negative temperatures, less than 500 mm2/s at -40 °C, low pour point – less than -50 °C and corrosion aggressiveness of the commodity form of reagent for steel St3 g/m2⋅hour less than 0.125.
EFFECT: obtaining an effective corrosion inhibitor, which has good technological properties.
