FIELD: container and packing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of polyethylene packages and can be used in the manufacture of household bags or packages made of polyethylene. Plant for the step-by-step manufacture of polyethylene packages comprises a sequentially connected unit for unwinding unit and pulling a web roll with a device for controlling the edge of the roll and automatic web tensioning, a unit for arranging the package handles between the web layers with two devices for arranging handles disposed opposite to each other, unit for crimping the upper part of the packages with two devices for crimping, disposed opposite to each other, unit for welding sidewalls of packages and cutting the web into packages, connected to a unit for folding the web with handles and crimps twice according to the package high with a turn of the web to 90°, placed at right angle to the unit for crimping the upper part of the packages, and a unit for receiving finished packages. Devices for arranging handles comprises a rectangular clamping plates-pins for fixing the handles, made with protrusions located on their underside, and in the center in the plates-pins there is a longitudinal hole in which thermoelectric heaters are placed. Devices for crimping the upper part of the packages comprises rectangular heating plates for crimping the upper part of the package, at the lower part of which a row of protrusions is made, and in the upper part there are longitudinal grooves in which thermoelectric heaters are placed. Units for folding the web with handles and crimps twice according to the height with a turn of 90° It comprises a horizontal frame and a vertical frame mounted thereon, wherein a broaching shaft is installed on the vertical frame, and broaching shafts – on the horizontal frame. Unit welding the sidewalls of the packages and cutting the web into packages is installed at a right angle to the unit for crimping the upper part of the packages and comprises a platform, on which a horn with holes for supplying and discharging water for cooling the heating web and a knife for welding and cutting the web into packages are installed, and a knife response platform, provided with holes for supplying and discharging water.

EFFECT: as a result, productivity is improved by reducing manual labor.
