FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, manufacture of surgical dressing for treatment of open wounds and thermal injuries. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has unwinding and impregnating module and packaging module. Unwinding and impregnating module has frame carrying fabric unwinding unit, fabric impregnating unit, impregnated fabric drying unit, impregnated fabric cutting and winding unit. Packaging module has holders for gauze and packaging material rolls and mechanism for cutting gauze into napkins, mechanism for longitudinal heat-sealing of pack, transverse heat-sealing mechanism and pack cutting off mechanism. All mechanisms and gauze and packaging material holders are fixed on frame. Gauze cutting mechanism is provided with conveyor.
