FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement technology and can be used in the chemical, oil and other industries to measure the amount of liquid transported through pipelines. Gravimetric liquid meter contains, on its rotary axis and a rigidly coupled two-bucket tilting measuring tray with side walls and one common wall, separating from each other its structurally identical buckets, each with its two communicating chambers, jointly forming their weight when filling the tilting moment of the bucket: a filling chamber in the form of an isosceles trapezium in a cross-section with its overflow wall and a drain chamber behind it with its own drain wall which keeps the liquid from splashing, as well as the rotation limiters of the tray, placed on opposite sides of the turning axis of the tray, and a fill funnel that guides the flow of liquid into the tray buckets and is located above its pivot axis, in it each bucket is additionally provided with a partition fixed in it with the formation of an acute angle between it and the axis of the filling hopper and with the division of its filling chamber into two adjacent zones communicating among themselves: jellied and accumulative, involved in the formation of the tilting moment of the bucket, and the partition itself is made of a rectangular sheet with angled notches on one of its sides, stamped with the possibility of forming them in collection of two shelves displaced by the damage: one shelf with corner cutouts forming assembled overflow windows between the jellied and storage areas of the ladle filling chamber and another baffle shelf eliminating splashing of liquid beyond the bucket when it is being filled, at the same time, the drain chamber of each bucket is located at its open edge behind the overflow wall with its adjoining to it and the location of the center of its gravity with the liquid behind the ladle's fill chamber.
EFFECT: reduction of measurement error and increase in their reliability, characterized by reproducibility of measurement results, at the expense of providing the meter with the account of all the liquid poured into it without splashing and filling by the buckets achieved by using in the buckets the counter of the partitions smoothly refracting and inhibiting the flow of liquid in it, as well as forming in them the accumulation zones involved together with its drain chamber in creating the turning moment of each bucket.
