FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for measurement of mass flow of crude oil and its components (oil, gas and formation water). Created technical solution due to combination of its essential features, reflected in the claim, allows to reduce measurement error of meter due to: accounting conditions preventing the possibility of increasing the level of mixture in the housing of the meter and its scooping with buckets, which have drained mixture from their chambers and returning to emptied into filling position, by establishing, during the meter design, the standardized level of the counted mixture in the meter housing, wherein one of the tray buckets located in the filling position is balanced and its measuring chamber is completely filled, and its other ladle, which has drained mixture from its measuring chamber, is located above level of registered mixture in meter housing with possibility of returning to emptying position emptied without scooping of recorded mixture from housing; completing of counter with maximum allowable level alarm of recorded mixture in its housing (MALA), which fixes level of mixture in housing of meter and fixed on housing cover in place, corresponding to the standard level of the counted mixture in the housing, which is excluded when scooping from the housing portion of the counted mixture by buckets which have drained the mixture from their chambers and returned empty into the filling position; emitting an electronic meter converter with a function of recording the duration of the operation time of the counter at a high level of the mixture in its housing, thereby allowing calculation to be valid for calculations made before the first reflected pulse appears on the signaling device of the maximum allowable level of the recorded mixture; optimum, reducing measurement error, arrangement of its units and elements in the meter, and namely fixation of the electromagnetic sensor in the upper part of the housing cover, which excludes interference from the maximum allowable level alarm of the mixture in the housing of the meter (MALA), and placing the magnet on the upper level of the end of the common wall of the chute dividing the measuring chambers of the chute wall, maximally approximating it to the electromagnetic sensor and ensuring the stay of the magnet in the sensor sensitivity zone; making the measuring tray from a strong titanium alloy resistant to impacts, coated with Teflon chemically resistant to oil and gas mixture, which prevents paraffin adhesion.
EFFECT: reduced error of meter measurements due to the above innovations.
