FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for measurement of mass flow of crude oil. Oil and gas mixture ladle counter comprises electronic computer calculating mass flow rate of mixture and outputting said readings for observation; horizontally located hollow cylindrical housing with coaxial holes for oil-and-gas mixture inlet / outlet connected perpendicular to its axis, connected to supply and discharge collectors, respectively; cover tightly closing the meter body and support; pins attaching the cover to the support and arranged parallel to the coordinate axis of the housing; nozzle preventing mixture spraying by modeling its flow shape and arranged in housing under inlet opening; electromagnetic pulse sensor, fixed on outer surface of cover through hole in it and connected to electronic computer; a measuring chute divided by a common wall into two adjacent equal-weight load-balanced prismatic ladles from a material chemically resistant to oil and gas mixture with their open measuring chambers of a triangular cross-section and located in the housing of the counter on its rotary axis, installed by its ends in cover and support parallel to horizontal symmetry axis of housing with possibility of its ladles free rocking between pins limiting turns of separating wall of ladles; and permanent magnet, fixing each drain of mixture from measuring chambers of ladles and fixed on tray with possibility of interaction with electromagnetic pulse sensor. Counter is additionally equipped with two detachable shields from strong, chemically resistant to action of oil and gas mixture of material, each with its curved working surface and its attached to the pin stud fastening legs, retaining the shield from the rotation by rigid attachment of one of them to the support with possibility of its working surface mating with inner surface of ladle drain wall during its filling and orientation of movement of liquid poured into it with prevention of its splashing.
EFFECT: reduced error of meter measurements due to prevention of liquid spillage from ladles during their filling.
