Method for updating DRAM information in which the update unit address in the DRAM and update unit update information are received, wherein the update unit is a storage space for which a one-time update is performed in the DRAM, and the update unit update information comprises a renewal unit update cycle; and encapsulating the update unit address and update unit update information as a DRAM access request and writing the update unit address and update unit update information to the update data space by using a DRAM access request, wherein the update data space is a predetermined storage space in the DRAM.

EFFECT: technical result is to enable the update information to be configurable for each update unit in a dynamic random access memory (DRAM).
