SUBSTANCE: oral care implement comprising a handle and a head which is formed with a basin cavity therein. Basin comprises a bottom and a side wall, and has an open upper end. Opening is formed in the bottom or side wall of the basin. Applicator is located within the basin cavity so that the delivery portion of the applicator protrudes through the opening. Oral care implement also comprises a head plate with a plurality of tooth cleaning elements mounted thereon. Head plate is connected to the head and covers the open upper end of the basin cavity.
EFFECT: oral care implement and a method of manufacturing same are disclosed.
