FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: stator blade comprises a feather, an outer and an inner rim sections, a first and a second hook sections, a flange section and a reinforcing fabric and a cutout. Outer and inner rim sections are curved in the peripheral direction and extend the outer and inner ends of the stylus, respectively. First and second hook sections are curved outwardly in the radial direction and continue the front and rear end of the outer rim section, respectively. Flange section continues the end in the axial direction of the inner rim section and is bent inward in a radial direction. Reinforcing fiber tissue passes through the stylus, the outer rim section, the first and second hook sections, the inner rim section, and the flange section and is integrally formed with the ceramic. Cutout extends from the leading edge in the axial direction of the feather to the front end of the outer rim. In the manufacture of said stator vane, the fiber reinforcing fiber is elongated in a radial direction to form a feather and the outer end of the feather is bent in a circumferential direction with respect to the axis to form an outer rim section. Front end is bent in the axial direction of the outer rim section outward in the radial direction to form the first hook section. Rear end is bent in the axial direction of the outer rim section outward in a radial direction to form a second hook section. Reinforcing fiber cloth is bent at the inner end of the pen in the peripheral direction to form an inner rim section. End in the axial direction of the inner rim section is bent inward in a radial direction to form a flange section. Fiber reinforced fabric with a ceramic is used as a whole. Machining of the ceramic, made in one piece with the reinforcing fiber cloth, is performed to form a cutout.
