FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production and can be used in production of gas turbine engine blades. Blade comprises shank, inner platform, feather and outer platform. Mould comprises cavity (4) having the shape of blade, and auxiliary channel (5) of grain, comprising first section (51) and continuing its second section (52). One end (511) of first section (51) is interconnected with first section (40) of the cavity of the mould, which forms the root of the blade, and by other end (512) - with second section (412) of the cavity forming the ledge of the internal platform of the blade. Second section (52) is interconnected by one end (521) with second section (412) of the cavity, and by other end (522) with third section (432) of the cavity forming the ledge of the external platform of the blade.
EFFECT: reduced formation of shells and recrystallized grains in casts, reduced deformation of casts.
