SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to safe syringes. Safe syringe includes a cylinder including a cylinder body, tubular neck protruding outward from one end of said cylinder body, and an mounting groove extending around the inner wall of said tubular neck; removable needle holder mounted in said tubular neck of said cylinder and including a first annular wall, first inner protrusion, disposed in said first annular wall, and a first mounting protrusion disposed at one end of said first annular wall and resiliently fixed in said mounting groove within said tubular neck of said cylinder; a mutual-locking seat, movably axially disposed in said first annular wall of said needle holder, said interlocking socket includes a second annular wall, at least one resilient flip latch is mounted in said second annular wall, and the first outer protrusion is disposed at one end of said second annular wall to engage said first inner protrusion of said needle holder by axially moving said interlocking seat; and a piston axially movable in said cylinder body of said cylinder. Said piston includes a pressure portion inserted within said second annular wall of said mutual locking seat, and a second outer protrusion disposed on the outer surface of said pressure portion and adapted to engage said elastic flaps of said interlocking seat while axially displacing said piston relative to said cylinder. In this case, the needle holder also includes a second inner protrusion disposed on the inner surface of said first annular wall to engage said first outer protrusion of said interlocking seat; said first inner protrusion and said second inner protrusion being arranged at a predetermined distance from each other; the inner diameter of said first inner protrusion is smaller than the inner diameter of said second inner protrusion.
