FIELD: images processing means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rendering of two-dimensional images from three-dimensional models. 2D image rendering engine from the 3D model data contains: processing circuit and the memory storing the application for the operation of the processing circuit as: shader pixel definition component to determine one of the boundaries and the area covered by the multiple shading pixels; clipping component for determining the coordinate system of a plurality of shading pixels and clipping the first visible image primitive of the 2D screen, to form the first polygon; first interpolation component for interpolating the attribute of the vertices of the first visible primitive with each vertex of the first polygon; and second interpolation component for interpolating the color values of the vertices of the first polygon to a point within the second pixel-covered area of the screen image; and shading component to output the color value of the vertices of the first polygon.

EFFECT: reduced processing requirements for shading visible primitives when rendering a 2D screen image from a 3D model by pixel shading while minimizing visual artifacts.
