SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for manufacturing filter cigarettes which comprises a filter attachment device configured to produce a filter cigarette by receiving a cigarette, a filter and a wrapper paper coated with glue, and attaching the filter to the cigarette with the aid of a wrapper paper; laser perforating device configured to produce at least one perforation opening in the filter by irradiating the casing paper of a filter cigarette by means of a laser beam during the movement of a filter cigarette from the filter attachment device, where the perforation passes into the filter by penetrating the rim paper; and an adhesive-forming device configured to provide a connection surface with respect to the cigarette and a filter by forming an adhesive layer on the back side of the wrapping paper while the wrapping paper is being fed into the filter attachment device, the adhesive-forming device comprising the device for forming a predetermined area in which a perforation is made, as an area in which there is no adhesion on the back side of the wrapping paper; adhesive-forming device further comprising an adhesive transfer roller configured to apply glue to the paper web to form a bonding surface of the adhesive layer; wherein the paper web is formed in the rim paper; said device comprising a mechanism configured to prevent the formation of an adhesive layer on a predetermined area such that the predetermined region is an area in which adhesion is lacking; wherein said mechanism comprises a bevel designed to produce a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the roller transfer roller, without the use for glue transfer; wherein said chamfer extends over the entire outer peripheral surface of the roller transfer roller to form an area in which adhesion is lacking; wherein said region, in which adhesion is absent, extends along the entire length of the circumference of the rim paper of the filter cigarette.
