FIELD: packing; aerosol systems. SUBSTANCE: gas-storage capsule has a gastight housing accommodating particles of sorbent saturated with gas and provided with inlet and outlet sealed channels. Sealing of outlet sealed channel is made in the form of pressure valve installed on housing and provided with spring-loaded movable element in the form of bushing or rod made for opening passage for gas from capsule under action of preset mechanical force. Filler for gas-fillable articles has a housing, capsule with solvent saturated with gas connected with the housing through outlet sealed channel made in capsule, dispensing branch pipe installed on housing for hermetic connection with intake branch pipe of article to be filled. Outlet channel has a pressure valve with spring-loaded movable element in the form of bushing or rod made for hermetic connection of capsule and the housing and for passing gas from capsule into device housing when spring-loaded movable element is pressed on. EFFECT: simplified processes of building gauge pressure in gas-fillable articles, enlarged range of gases to be filled-in, increased safety in operation. 15 cl, 3 dwg
