SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Conical nozzle scrubber contains a housing with nozzles for dusty and clean gas, a nozzle irrigation device, support and restrictive plates between which the nozzle is located, a splatcher made in the form of a nozzle layer located between the supporting and restricting trays, and a device for removing slurry, the support plates being elastic, the nozzle positioned above the lower support plate is made of resilient materials, for example in the form of polyethylene balls, and a vibrator is mounted on the lower support plate, the nozzle is made in the form of hollow balls, on the spherical surface of which a screw groove is cut, or the nozzle is made in the form of a screw line formed on a spherical surface and having a section perpendicular to the helical line, a profile such as a circle, a polygon, a "Berl saddle" or a saddle "Itallox", the irrigation device being in the form of a vortex nozzle comprising a body, a fitting, and the vortex insert coaxially placed with them, fitting is configured with an expanding channel for liquid supply to the cylindrical hole, which is axially symmetric to the body and smoothly passes into a shaped aperture coaxial with it made in the form of a diffuser, cylindrical hole of the body accommodates cylindrical swirl insert, arranged axially symmetric with the body and having outer peripheral screw-like threaded channels, wherein along the axis of the vortex insertion, a central axial aperture with a screw thread on the inner surface opposite to the channel cutting direction is formed, wherein the vortex insert is installed in the housing through the elastic gaskets and is pressed by the fitting by means of a threaded connection of the body-fitting, wherein the external screw-like threaded channels and screw threading on the inner surface of the axial opening of the vortex insertion are made with a variable pitch, the swirl insert is made of wear-resistant material, and a perforated disk is mounted at the top of the nozzle, in which a hollow helical conical swirler is mounted in an expanding channel for supplying liquid to the cylindrical hole made axially symmetrically to the nozzle body, and a helical through-cut is made on the surface of the hollow helical conical swirler.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
