PULSE DISCRIMINATOR OF ARBITRARY FORM INTO SHORT RECTANGULAR ONES Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H03K5/00

Abstract RU 2666459 C1

FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used, for example, to stabilise the temperature in heated radio frequency generators in accordance with the principle of pulse-duration control, to control the relay distributor, where pulses that are truncated repeatedly are required. The result is achieved by introducing a time-setting RC cell, a zener diode that limits the charge voltage of the cell capacitor, and two thyristors.

EFFECT: duration reduction of input pulses of arbitrary shape into short rectangular ones with a duration, for example, from hundreds of milliseconds to tens of microseconds.
