FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used for economical heating and air conditioning of buildings and structures. Heating and air conditioning system of the building has heating appliances connected to heat sources, and a ventilated facade, divided into sections, mounted on the enclosing structures, made in the form of a permeable thermally insulating layer and lining fixed on the building with air gaps, which are connected by air channels with fans and gates to each other and to the unit for preparation of working air.
EFFECT: this system is ecologically clean, energy-saving, autonomous, using heat pumps and solar energy; it is possible to use in sharply continental climatic conditions, including permafrost zones.
