FIELD: boiler equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to boiler equipment, namely to rotary regenerative heat exchangers. Rotary regenerative heat exchanger (RRH) has a rotor running on the shaft with a water-retained permeable structure and air heating channels (AHC) enclosed in the housing with seals of gaps between the rotor and the housing. Flue gases are fed via exchange head on one side of the rotor via branch pipes and an exhaust fan, and air is supplied counterflow through the branch pipes and the fan from the other side. Air is fed through the air intake and passes through the AHC passages from one side of the rotor to the other one. Like the exchange nozzle of the rotor, this air, when heated, takes energy from FG with condensation from FG moisture vapor, then transfers and releases it with evaporation cooling to combustion air with deep heat regeneration. Excess condensate from the tray is discharged through the drain tube. It can be used for boiler make-up and periodical flushing of RRH with pump supply through sprinkling device.
EFFECT: invention allows improving efficiency of energy transfer between moisture- and heat-retaining facilities with deep heat regeneration and condensation of moisture vapor from flue gases due to their evaporative cooling by air flow.
