SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispenser (1) for distributing sheets of a material web comprising body (2) and storage compartment (10) for storing stack (11) of sheet material. Body (2) has front and rear sides (4), upper and lower end parts (7, 8) and two vertical side parts (7, 8) connecting front and rear sides (3, 4), lower end part (5) forming dispensing end portion (5) of dispenser (1). Storage compartment (10) comprises support means (14) for supporting stack (11) of material web sheets at dispensing end (5) of dispenser (1). Support means (14) has dispensing opening (15) disposed between front, rear and side portions (22, 25, 26, 27) and abutment surface (28), into which the stack of material webs can abut.
EFFECT: dispenser is proposed.
