FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is separating unit (1) for separation of tape material along pre-formed line. Separating unit (1) contains at least first roll (2), as well as at least second roller (3) with rotational axis passing parallel to said axis of rotation of said first roller (2). Axis of rotation of second roller (3) is located at some distance (d1) from axis of rotation of said first roller (2). First and second said rollers (2, 3) are equipped with at least, one extending element. Outer sections of protruding elements on first roller (2) are partially overlap with outer sections of protruding elements of second roller (3) on length (L) of radial overlap to make wavy passage for tape material between rollers (2, 3). Distance (d1) between axes of rotation of first and second rollers (2, 3) is controlled, which allows changing length (L) of radial overlap in fluctuating pass.

EFFECT: also disclosed is dispensing device containing separating unit (1).
