SUBSTANCE: automated dispensing device comprises a rotating carousel unit which includes the installation location for the main roll of sheet product and the installation location for a spare roll of sheet product; mounting brackets, made with the possibility of installation the carousel unit so that it can be able to move between the latched rear position for supply and the front position in which the carousel unit can make a turn for a reload; the propulsion system, comprising an electric motor connected to the drive roller, and a control circuit; a transmission mechanism configured with an ability to shift the rear part of the spare roll to the dispensing gap of the propulsion system in case of run out of the main roll; a casing for comprising in it of a turning carousel unit, a propulsion system and the transmission mechanism, as well as to isolate the main and the spare rolls of sheet product. At that the casing includes a front part, a rear part, lateral walls and a bottom part with the dispensing hole, as well as supplement opening for access with the door. There are two variants of the device provided.
