FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering, in particular, steam turbine construction, and can be used in the design of working blades included in the stages of cylinders of medium or low pressure of axial steam turbines. Steam turbine working blade has an aerofoil of a variable cross-section with inlet and outlet edges, made as a whole with a herringbone-type shank connected to the aerofoil along its root section, intermediate mechanical link made in the form of protrusions located on the pressure side and the suction face of the aerofoil, and a shroud flange connected to the aerofoil along its peripheral section. In section from 0.7 to 1.0 of the height of the aerofoil in each section on the suction face there is an inflection point, the projection of which on the chord of the aerofoil sets a point remote from the inlet edge by 0–0.5 of the length of the chord, said ledges are arranged at section 0.5–0.65 of aerofoil height. Ends of protrusions have flat contact surfaces, wherein inclination angle θ flat contact surfaces of protrusions to the steam turbine axis is 20–40°.
EFFECT: increase of internal relative efficiency of steam turbine, increase of vibration resistance of the working blade and increase of its service life.
