SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment. Charger is provided on a vehicle side located on vehicle (2). Charger includes power receiving coil (21) that is powered by transmission coil (11) located in power supply device (1), in a non-contact manner, at least by magnetic coupling, battery (25) that is charged by the received power from power receiving coil (21) and vehicle side controller (20) that controls the battery charge and outputs a command indicating the amount of power applied to the power supply device. Amount of power supply is the amount of power supplied from the transmitting power coil to the receiving power coil. Vehicle side controller (20) determines whether vehicle (2) should move. Vehicle side controller (20) issues a command to reduce the power supply amount to power supply device (1)9, when vehicle side controller (20) determines that vehicle (2) must move, during power supply from power transmission coil (11) to power receiving coil (21).
EFFECT: prevention of a high load application to the power transmission unit circuit when the vehicle is started.
