FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat-treated coated article with a low-emissivity coating. Article comprises the following layers in order of distance from the glass substrate: a first dielectric layer, a first IR reflecting layer containing silver, an upper contact layer containing Ni and/or Cr oxide, a layer containing zinc stannate, a layer containing silicon nitride, a second layer containing silver, a dielectric layer. Heat treatment is carried out at temperatures of at least 600 °C.

EFFECT: change in the transmittance of visible light during heat treatment is not more than 1 % after heat treatment with a heat treatment time of 12 to 24 minutes, and the haze value is no more than 0,60 % after heat treatment with a heat treatment time of 0 to 30 minutes.
