SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to detergent additive comprising lysine tetramethylene phosphonate (LTMP) and gluconic acid, invention also relates to detergent composition comprising said additive and to its use in the agrifood industry, preferably in production of beverages and even more preferably in the brewing industry.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of a high degree of cleaning of containers, and in particular bottles, as well as a high degree of protection against abrasion (corrosion).
