FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gas turbine engine comprising collection of a flow of compressed air coming from a compressor. Gas turbine engine comprises: exhaust housing (7), comprising a plurality of arms (10), the space separating the arms defining openings in which circulates a primary air flow of the turbomachine. Also, the gas turbine engine includes at least one conduit configured to collect a compressed air flow at one of its ends. Other end of the conduit is connected to at least one opening of exhaust housing (7), so as to direct the collected air flow into said primary air flow, said collected air flow having, upon entering the opening, a Mach number less than or equal to 0.5. Invention makes it possible to reduce the acoustic effect associated with collection of a stream and its re-entry. Also, the invention enables to maximise the length of the discharge system conduits so that they have a smaller diameter.
EFFECT: this enables to reduce the overall dimensions of said conduits.
