FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for hydraulic classification and fractional screening of granular materials, mainly sand. Device for hydraulic classification of fine-grained materials consists of a receiving-separation, classification and concentrating chambers, a supply and discharge branch pipes, an additional branch pipe for water supply, a soil collector. In addition, the device comprises a hopper, a casing connected to it by a lower end having a constriction, in which a classification chamber with a window is installed to provide hydraulic communication with the bulk fraction collecting basin having a support on the bottom. Receiving and separation chamber is provided with a flange and installed inside the classification chamber with the placement of the lower end in the cavity of the hopper provided with a supply nozzle with a jet nozzle at the end entering the axial channel of the receiving and separation chamber. Concentrating chamber is in the form of a cylinder and is provided with a flange for communicating with the flange of the housing and a cutout for providing hydraulic communication with the middle-part dirt collecting cavity mounted on the housing. Upper end of the classification chamber enters the axial channel of the concentrating chamber, the supply branch is equipped with a drainage system with a bubble nozzle inserted inside the hopper.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the technological process along with sifting sand into several fractions.
