SUBSTANCE: interface (100) for interconnecting a circuit breaker and a surge arrester, comprises circuit breaker (110) connected to connector (120) for transmitting a signal representative of the operating condition of the circuit breaker and/or the arrester, mechanical member (130) to be connected to the circuit breaker, movable between armed and tripped positions corresponding respectively to the armed and tripped states of the circuit breaker, wherein in its tripped position, said member activates the circuit breaker, another mechanical member (140) connected to the surge arrester and configured to move between a rest position and a tripped position, corresponding to the states of normal operation and shutdown of the surge arrester, and in its tripped position, said other member is in the path of the first member and activates the circuit breaker.

EFFECT: technical result consists is enabling to remotely centralise information on the disconnection of a protective device and/or on the tripping of a circuit breaker.
