FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering. Light sources (1) for replacing fluorescent lamps (100) with terminals (11, 12) for the exchange of alternating current signals having frequencies of at least 1 kHz, with exciters (5), with rectifiers (13) having inputs connected to terminals (11, 12) through capacitors (14), and with LEDs (15) connected to the outputs of rectifiers (13). Rectifiers (13) rectify the alternating current signals, and capacitors (14) ensure the safety of specialists installing light sources (1). Preferably, light sources (1) have different ends, on which different terminals (11, 12) are arranged. Each terminal (11, 12) can contain two pins (21, 22, 23, 24) interconnected via fuses (31, 32). Drivers (5) for replacing chokes (500) of the fluorescent lamp starters are provided with inputs (51, 52) connected to voltage sources (6) and outputs (53, 55) for exchanging alternating current signals with light sources (1). Exciters (5) may comprise switching circuits (61) for generating alternating current signals, the outputs of switching circuits (61) are connected to outputs (53, 55) of drivers (5) through reactive circuits (62, 63, 66) using inductances (62), capacitors (66) and transformers (63).
EFFECT: technical result is increased safety and reduced installation time of the light source.
