WELL TREATMENT REAGENT AND/OR INDICATOR CONTAINING COMPOSITE MATERIAL, APPLIED ON THERMAL PROCESSED SUBSTRATE WITH THE CORE, COATED WITH METAL OXIDE AND METHOD OF ITS USE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C09K8/92 C09K8/524 C09K8/54 C09K8/56 C09K8/58 C09K8/80 E21B43/22 E21B43/267

Abstract RU 2667165 C2

FIELD: soil or rocks drilling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the materials used in the wells hydraulic fracturing treatment. Composite material for the well treatment reagent and/or the indicator introduction into the subterranean formation drilled formation, characterized in that it contains the heat-treated substrate, containing the sufficiently powerful core, preventing the fracture closure at the occurrence site under the productive formation conditions, and at least partially applied to the core metal oxide, wherein the heat-treated substrate metal oxide surface area makes from 1 to 10 m2/g, heat-treated substrate diameter makes from 0.1 to 3 mm, and the well treatment reagent and/or the indicator, applied onto the metal oxide coating on the heat-treated substrate. According to another version, the composite material for the well treatment reagent and/or the indicator introduction into the subterranean formation drilled formation, is characterized by the fact, that contains the heat-treated substrate, containing the sufficiently powerful core, preventing the fracture closure at the occurrence site under the productive formation conditions, and the metal oxide, at least partially applied to the core, and the well treatment reagent and/or the indicator, absorbed by the metal oxide coating on the heat-treated substrate inter-pore space, wherein the well treatment reagent and/or the indicator is capable of long-term continuous release in the subterranean formation contained formation fluid. Well treatment method in the subterranean formation drilled formation, including the well fluid injection into the formation for the said composite material containing formation treatment. Well stimulation method in the subterranean formation drilled formation, including the well fluid injection into the formation for the said composite material containing formation treatment. Well treatment reagent and/or indicator release rate inhibiting or control method in the subterranean bed or formation by means of the above-mentioned composite material introduction into the bed or formation, in which applied to at least heat-treated substrate metal oxide portion well treatment reagent and/or indicator, has on one treatment session based service life of at least six months. Sand occurrence in the subterranean formation drilled formation control method, comprising the said composite material and carrier fluid slurry feeding into the formation, composite material placing in the adjacent subterranean formation for the fluid-permeable filter formation, capable of the rock particles passage from the subterranean formation into the productive formation reduction or substantial prevention, allowing the formation fluids passage from the subterranean bed into the formation. Invention is developed in dependent items of the formula.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in the treatment efficiency.
