FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molded pressed granules and method of their application for slow release of well treatment agents to well. Disclosed is a molded pressed binder granule and a borehole processing composite comprising a well treatment agent and a calcined porous metal oxide, porosity and permeability of which are such that said agent is adsorbed on the calcined porous metal oxide or in its pore spaces, and the molded compacted granule is obtained by calcining the porous metal oxide, adsorption of the downhole treatment agent on the calcined porous metal oxide or into its porous spaces to form a downhole processing composite, where the well treatment agent is selected from a group consisting of scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, paraffin deposits inhibitors, scaling inhibitors, gas hydrate formation inhibitors, asphaltene inhibitors, oxygen scavengers, hydrogen sulphide scavengers, biocides, foaming agents, anti-emulsifiers, surfactants and mixtures thereof, and adding binder to the borehole processing composite, and then pressing the binder and borehole processing composite to the required configuration. Disclosed is a method of inhibiting or controlling the rate of output of a downhole treatment agent into a well by introducing into said well the above molded pressed granule. Disclosed is a method of inhibiting or controlling the rate of output of a downhole treatment agent into a well, comprising placing said molded pressed granule into a receiving container, fixation of receiving reservoir at bottom of subsurface submersible pump by suspension of receiving reservoir above bottom of electric submersible pump, lowering submersible electric submersible pump with attached receiving reservoir into well and continuous discharge of downhole treatment agent from calcined porous metal oxide. Disclosed is a method of inhibiting or controlling formation of undesirable deposits in an inclined well by introducing into a pipe in a well aforesaid molded compressed granule, flowing of said granule over obstacles inside pipes and deviations in a well into a target area in a well, where undesirable deposits are undesirable, and continuous output of downhole treatment agent from molded pressed granule in the target area.
