FIELD: valve production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of valve construction and is intended for the liquid or gas flow rate control range extension. Adjustable throttle device has body (1) with the annular groove (9), in which the guide grid (5) and throttling element are arranged, which is the impermeable elastic membrane (4), fixed by the input (2) and output (3) clamping flanges. In the input clamping flange (2) there is an annular groove (10) for the guide grid (5) fastening. Hydraulic press (8) with the piston (11) is filled with the flow rate control fluid (12) and is connected (for example, by the choke connection) to the shut-off valve (7). Ventilation valve (6) is designed to remove air from the volume, filled with liquid (12). After the liquid or gas (13) flow rate adjustment, the shut-off valve (7) closes and the hydraulic press (8) is dismantled. Liquid or gas flow rate is controlled by the flow rate controlling liquid, which changes the impermeable elastic membrane shape and the flow section size. Conducted adjustable throttle device prototype bench tests, developed and manufactured on the proposed design basis, confirm the said technical results.
EFFECT: invention allows the hydraulic resistance coefficient effective change over the wide range, to increase the throttle device operation reliability and simplicity.
