FIELD: hydraulics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydraulics; it is intended to adjust the flow rate of a working medium, reduce vibration levels of pipelines on Navy ships, civil vessels, as well as in other branches of technology, where high requirements are placed on the vibration efficiency of equipment protection from external vibrations. A low-noise adjustable throttle device contains a case with flanges assembled using bolted connections, between which there is an external elastic membrane. In addition, the device contains a guide device consisting of holders and guides, on which an internal membrane is fixed, fixed with screws to the outer case, and an air cavity formed by the outer case and the guide device, as well as excess air pressure in this cavity, coupled with excess pressure of working fluid in the pressure cavity of the outer case.
EFFECT: ensuring effective protection of the equipment from external vibrations, non-proliferation of its own sound vibrations on the foundation and surrounding structures, as well as stability and repeatability of the configuration of the flow part of the device, and, as a result, the coefficient of hydraulic resistance.
