SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of loading and unloading equipment. Spreader comprises, coaxially along the vertical axis arranged the frame structure cross-beam, along the lower base connected to the horizontally oriented larger size load-bearing frame, equipped with installed in angles guide feet with displacement compensators and gripping heads, equipped with the spreader on the container fixing brackets with displacement drives. Cross-beam is made in the form of vertically oriented volumetric structure, which is detachably coupled with the load-bearing frame along one of the cross-beam frame lower base end faces, and connected thereto along the other end side by the nondetachable rotary joint, which transverse rotary axis is located along the cross-beam frame end side. Load-bearing frame horizontal beams and the cross-beam frame vertical posts are kinematically connected to each other by the load-bearing frame tilting drive, made inclined rotatable about the transverse axis and additionally provided with the container door end clamp, made in the form of mobile frame structure, which vertical posts in the lower part are provided with the door transverse pressing stop, and in the upper part are pivotally connected to the load-bearing frame adjacent longitudinal beams end eyes of the and the clamp tilting drive. Clamps drives, as well as the load-bearing frame and the container door pressing tilt drives are connected to the actuators and the control unit.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the spreader application efficiency regardless of the unloading area and the personnel availability to the unloading place, possibility of the cargo transfer and unloading process automation, unloading time reduction and increase in the load-handling device service life.
