SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric steam generators. Said electric steam generator includes electric transformers having metal cores, designed to create a closed magnetic field in them, primary windings located on the cores and electrically insulated from them, a common tubular secondary winding, located in a magnetic field in isolation and covering all the racks of metal transformer cores, inter-tube, connecting the nearest points, and above-tube, connecting the most remote points, bridges of the surfaces of the common secondary tube winding in the plane, perpendicular to its axis, as well as means for forcing liquid through the interior of the common secondary tubular winding, the secondary tubular winding is divided into sections that cover each rack of metal transformer cores of the transformers with electric inter-tube and above-tube bridges and are independent short-circuited electromagnetic circuits, and the transformers are multi-phase.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the generation of thermal energy per unit time for heating water and converting it into steam.
