FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to any industry. Ball valve and the valve shaft are separate and connected to each other by a protrusion formed on the shaft of the valve interacting with the groove of the ball valve. In the seal of the ball valve, on the side of the outlet fitting, grooves are made. Spring-loaded bushing interacts with it, and the shaft seal is made in the form of a fluoroplastic cuff interacting on one side with a spring-loaded washer, on the other with a conical support ring. Shaft of the valve has bushings on its two sides. One is installed in the groove with the wall of the shaft seal and is tightened with a nut. Other interacts with the shaft protrusion. Rail interacts with the pinion shaft located in the drive housing, which also interacts with the additional rail, parallel to that specified initially. Racks in the working position interact with adjustable stops placed on one side of the drive, in which the grooves on the drive side are provided with a seal wall similar to the valve shaft seal, which is connected to the pinion shaft by means of a coupling. Valve and actuator housings are interconnected via thermo bridges via a spacer.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at expanding the operational capabilities of the ball valve.
