FIELD: cryogenics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic equipment, namely to ball cryogenic valves with remote or manual control for use in cryogenic temperature conditions, and is intended for control of cryogenic liquid flow, for example, flow of liquefied air separation product, LNG etc. Disclosed is a ball cryogenic valve comprising a housing, a shut-off assembly comprising a ball and a rod, a sealing assembly, a flange with a gasket and sealing rings, a drive. Housing is made in form of inner casing and outer casing concentrically spaced relative to each other, guide cone and sleeve threaded, located between casing inner and cone guide, flange installed on the side of the drive, and the bottom on the opposite side, which is tightly installed on the free end of the guide cone. All said housing parts form a vacuum cavity between outer casing and inner casing. Inner casing on side of vacuum cavity has screen-vacuum isolation. Inside the internal casing there is a cavity of the shut-off unit communicated with the pipeline of the working cavity. In the shutoff assembly cavity there is a rod enveloped with anti-convective heat insulation. Valve sealing assembly is made in form of a sealing sleeve in contact with the ball, on which the thrust bushing is supported, spring-loaded with a disc spring, interacting with the bushing, fixing its position, sealing by jamming of cone of disc spring guiding on its conical surface. On the ball surface the mounting holes are made for the assembly / disassembly device and liquid leak release opening. Lock sleeve are provided with mounting holes.

EFFECT: valve makes it possible to increase reliability of its operation with simultaneous possibility of its independent use in cryogenic communications, and also to ensure its repairability.
