FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of motor fuel (biodiesel) from vegetable and animal fat. Said method for obtaining motor fuel (biodiesel) includes hydrocracking of triglycerides of fats in the presence of reagents. Vegetable and (or) animal fat, having a kinematic viscosity of not more than 8.5 cSt, at a temperature of not more than +95 °C is introduced into the flowing multistage hydrodynamic cavitation device, in the zone of water cavitation, which at the same time dissociates into hydrogen, hydrogen peroxide and ozone, which are reagents of hydrocracking of triglycerides of fats. Wherein the ratio of fats to water is 10:1…3, the temperature in the cavitation device, which made in the form of a pump-cavitator, is not more than +95 °C, the resulting mixture is separated, releasing biodiesel, separating the sludge and water, which is sent through the recycling line to the pump-cavitator, with additional water supply from an external source.
EFFECT: simplification of the process of obtaining biodiesel and increasing its energy efficiency.
