SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gases purification technology, and can be used in the industry for the gases deep cleaning of process dust, including in the articles production by the spray drying method. Proposed are disperse-liquid gas purification in the field of centrifugal forces method and device. Not completely cleaned in the drying plant cyclone gas is divided into two streams, the larger of which enters the wet dust collector in the form of rotating stream and drives the coaxially located in the wet dust collector body cylindrical perforated insert into rotation. Into the coolant flow the liquid is sprayed. During the liquid droplets mixing with dry particles, their intensive adherence to the atomized liquid droplets takes place, which, under the action of centrifugal force, are thrown onto the cylindrical perforated insert walls, which is forced through holes and then, under the action of centrifugal force, detached from the perforated insert in the form of droplets, mixed with the rotating in the gap between the wet dust collector body and the perforated insert smaller flow of coolant. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the droplets enter the wet dust collector body, forming the draining into its lower part film, and are discharged from the wet dust collector.

EFFECT: invention enables the dust particles from the gas removal improvement, reduction in the device hydraulic resistance, fluid intensive evaporation for the device irrigation, the drop entrainment absence, reduction in the device dimensions.
