FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: bubble-vortex device of wet dust control comprises of a cylindrical chamber with an inlet pipe, a slurry overflow pipe into the slurry tank, an axial sprinkler perforated with holes of small diameter along its entire length and blind at the outlet end. The cylindrical chamber is provided with a pair of swirlers, installed in series. The first swirler in the course of the gas is rigidly fixed to the axial sprinkler, and the second swirl in the direction of the gas is made with a central hole and connected to the walls of the cylindrical chamber, forming a gap for the passage of the gas flow to the central zone of the device. The swirlers are made in the form of an elliptical paraboloid, the guide vanes of which are curved along the helical surface and form curvilinear converging ducts. The cylindrical chamber is attached to a slope to the cyclone by means of flanges and a branch pipe of tangential inlet into the cyclone. Discharge of dispersed particles is carried out by means of a sludge flow pipe into the sludge tank of the device, the cyclone is made as a wet dust collecting unit and in the tangential inlet branch pipe to the cyclone there is a liquid inlet with a nozzle for flushing off the moving foam produced by the rotating gas-liquid flow. In the upper portion of the cyclone body an annular spraying device with at least three nozzles is installed. It is connected to the liquid inlet by a pipeline for flushing off the moving foam that is produced. Purified gas flows through the exhaust pipe of the cyclone, and the sludge - from the cyclone into the hopper to collect therein, and then into the general sludge tank.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness of dust and gas purification.
