SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and dermatology, and is intended to treat a disease or condition of the eyes selected from the group consisting of rosacea of the eyes, redness, congestion hyperemia and congestion, in the patient. For treatment of said disease or eye conditions, administration to a patient in need thereof, a pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of 7-(1H-imidazol-4-ylmethyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinoline or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to improve the efficacy of treating the disease or the state of the eye.
